Steel Cage w/Less Than 40mm Ring?

Hi,

I'm a non-op TS and I'm very small. I have a cage that's 1.5" and has a 40mm ring, but I still slip out of the ring. I haven't been able to find a ring less than 40mm. Can anyone point me in the right direction of something smaller? Smaller cage is fine too, but it's mainly the ring. I'd love it to be in polished chrome to match my collar.

i went down to 36mm with HT and it was too big, trouble is anything smaller with a solid ring and i can’t get it on so went for this. Got the small one first but it was actually too small and caused blistering so went to size 2 and it’s perfect for me. Your mileage may vary !!
