A safe, comfortable, secure, good-looking low-visibility chastity device suitable for long-term wear

No magical toughness or such, though, because unexpected can happen and one might need to take it off, e.g. after a car crash.

This would definitely be near the top of the list- no escape possible, no element of 'willful suspension of disbelief'. I would add "...and the Mrs. losing all of her inhibitions." That's still one wish, right?

My wish would be for my wife to be truly and enthusiastically on board, which she doesn't seem to be now.
If she was all good things would flow from that.
