I am wondering if everyone experiences this and if so how do you deal with it. When I have my cage on the very tip of my cock protrudes slightly out the end of the cage. It pretty much has to be this way to be able to use the bathroom while caged. If I am moving around very much I find the tip gets very sensitive and when I move it rubs against my underwear and creates a painful feeling. Almost like getting pinched, but I have checked an it is not a pinch.. Idea's?

Why does it pretty much have to be that way? I believe from previous posts you have a custom device.

I sit (when not aroused) 90% of the time just a 1/4" behind the bars. I never have issues lining myself up to pee and I don't experience any chaffing issues.

You might try placing a cotton ball just inside the cage.

Oh heck yes I have experienced this. The head can be back in the cage and if underwear gets through and makes contact it is bazarrely painful. I guess that the head gets used to little contact and becomes hyper sensitive. Kind of like guys that are not cut feel when the foreskin is pulled back - best guess anyway.

What I meant by it has to be this way, is that I have to have the opening at the end of the cage to pee. There are times when I do shrink back from the end of the cage and everything is fine. I do not know that this is 90% of the time, but whatever amount it is I am fine. I am trying to find solutions to prevent the other percent of time when I am enlarged and the tip of the cock does protrude and rub. I see you had a Jailbird and I am thinking that design may help. You have the thickness of two bars crossed in front that the tip would have to protrude past to contact your clothes. In my Looker 2 without plug the end of the cage is a cap that is only 1/16" thick, so I do not have to protrude very far to make contact, thus it happens way more. What do you think?

Noid51 - I have tried the cottenball idea, but a cottenball comes apart and I ended up with little white pieces of cotton stuck to my cock, the cage.

My fault. I didn't see what custom device you are talking about in your initial post and didn't look back on some of your other posts to see what you are wearing.

I don't have the same problem in either of my custom devices that you have even when I am aroused and pushing past the four bars. Looking at the Looker 02 I can see where pushing through the small holes could create and uncomfortable condition. Just thinking out loud, could a small stainless steel "crash bar" be installed over the pee holes that would give you a cushion of comfort?

Yep, your "crash bar" idea would work, just not sure how to get such an item. One other item I should mention is I do not just have the small holes, I have had it customized with a 1/4" slot like the CB series. I even thought of trying some type of stretchy material that would move with the cage. I think the pain happens when the cage is moving one way as I move and my clothes another.

I've had that problem. It's like someone is flicking a piece of sandpaper across the urethra.

I solved my issue by getting tight fitting cotton boxer briefs. If you're not in them already that's the ticket.

I used to get this sometimes, but not much anymore. Can't even remember the last time it happened. As I became more accustomed to being caged all the time my arousal decreased so the tip wasn't protruding as much, but I have a CB3k (old style) instead of custom, so I may have more room inside.

Other things that helped- pulling the whole unit forward a bit to give a little extra room, changing underwear style/fit.

How 'bout a piece of Gorilla Tape over the end?

I'm wearing a full-fledged continuous-crotch steel chastity belt with a relatively large penis tube smoothly curved down and protruding outwards from the front shield and It's roomy enough to allow some growth in comfort.

When flaccid, my peephole doesn't reach the drilled hole opening at the bottom of the penis tube. So most of the time I won't feel it.
When I get a soft-erection, I would feel my peehole rub against the sharp metal edge of the drilled hole opening... very arousing!!!

I solved the problem by screwing a hollow urethra plug on the threaded opening at the bottom of my penis tube. The penis tube is completely closed with no sharp edges and erections are very comfortable (but at time it can be more intense).

But no pinching whatsoever.
