Jailbird does not work for me. Anataomy problems?

Post by freakbeat »

I'm on my second Jailbird device and still having the same problem. The device will slip and allow part of my shaft to be exposed..this can usually be corrected by forcing myself back into the cage with frequent adjustment..it's sleeping or arousal that this can be a problem. When I am sleeping and device slips, my nocturnal erections cause the base ring to be drawn tight over my shaft, leading to discomfort and sometimes abrasions/small cuts. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have a solution?
The folks at MM seem to be unable to help me.

It seems as if my balls stretch too thin once I've been wearing the cage (from erection attempts) for the base ring to get friction. I have this problem far less often if ever in my CB-6000s..the plastic has more friction.

What size rings are you wearing with the cb6000s and what measurements did you get on the JB?

To be honest, I'm not sure of the actual sizes..the size I'm wearing on the Jailbird is smaller by at least two sizes though. I've wondered if the problem could be that I have an oval ring instead of a round and/or that my gap is too large, but the people at MM always tell me that can't be it. I feel like the round ring would provide more friction. Any thoughts?

Sounds like your base ring may be too large. Reducing the gap would be a good first step at an adjustment. You can do that yourself. If that doesn't help, send your device back in and try a smaller base ring.

You didn't say how you fill the cage with length. If the cage is too short there will always be some of the shaft exposed.

Are you using a lot of lube, like you did with the CB series? If you are, try cutting back to almost no lube. Just very little under the sack. Stainless is so slick you don't need much lube.

Oval rings have the same inside total area as the round. The only difference is oval's for comfort.

How can you not be sure? All told between cb6000s and a JB you are over $500 in and you aren't sure. More info would be helpful.

I'm just curious about what you mean that it slips down? How far? When hubby is standing and it's hot and he's droopy then his device will "slide" down a bit... and with erections it's pushed down too and he gets what I lovinglycall "rooty" as the bbase of his cock gets thick behind the cage.

Perhaps you'd be willing to privately show me pics so I can see just what you mean? Lmk

When I get an erection in the cage, some of the base of the shaft is exposed. When the erection subsides, the base ring is against my body again. This is normal, I think, and doesn't hurt the security of the device. If the cage is longer this doesn't change. The cage should be short enough so that the tip of the penis is always in firm contact with the end of the cage.

Thanks to everyone. Using less lube definitely helped, but I still have the same issue. A bigger issue is that now when I get an erection, my testicles turn purple due to a lack of circulation. My original cage was 1.75" long and 1 1/4" in cage diameter . I would have the same circulation problem with that device. I ordered my second device with 1.5" length and 1 1/8" cage diameter..the circulation issue did not occur. They theorized that the slippage issue could be because the cage was too short so I lengthened it to 2" based on their recommendation. I now have the same issue of becoming purple when aroused. Should I shorten the cage back to 1 .75"? Does anyone else think that reducing the gap could help with the issue of the device skipping?
