New to forum

Post by chastityrandy »

After 27 years of marriage to an awesome wife, I finally shared with her my obsession to be submissive. After about two weeks of a little bit of a cold shoulder and "I have to think about this" she has finally come back and said that "If I want and need something like a chastity device then I should get one. She has never had a very high sexual libido so this response was to be expected. I don't think she has looked into what chastity could mean for me and for her and I am concerned she thinks I can lock and unlock myself anytime I want when I finally get the device. I also don't want to nag her by keep bringing it up, but I really need for her to take control. Any suggestions on how to approach this in a subtle way? I feel like I've really bared my soul to her and her lack of response has me feeling very vulnerable.

Meanwhile, I've ordered the sizing rings from MM. I've done a lot of research on devices and believe the JB would be best for me. If you think there is a better device to start please let me know. My priorities are discretion, comfort, security, ease of hygiene and looks in that order.

My wife wasn't too keen on the idea either. Everyone has their reasons for doing this. Mine was to stop excessive masturbation. Yours maybe different. Bottom line is communication through the process and put her needs and desires before yours and it doesn't always have to be sexual. An example for me was my wife loves her feet rubbed. I never really liked doing it. Well I do it now because she is my KH and I aim to please. My wife now loves having that control over me and wouldn't want to go back to the way things were before chastity.

As for a device, many here started out with one of the CB series. It was a relativity inexpensive way to get your body adjusted with the ability to adjust the device. If you do go with a MM JB just make sure you get the cage diameter and length correct. Take many measurements since it will be a costly mistake and a bad experience if you go too small or too big.

Enjoy your journey.

One problem may be getting the base ring right. I think almost everyone goes down at least one size after they start, some even more. I would recommend, if you do order a MM device, ordering an extra base ring one size smaller than you think you need. You could order it later but you have to send the cage back.

The gap is another thing you will be guessing about if you've never had another device. 3/8" is standard but some need more or less.

This fiddling and adjusting is why the CB series is often recommended for beginners.
Current device - MM Custom
Previous devices - CB2000, 3000, 6000, 6000s, Curve

Thanks guys especially the advice on the device. I actually read a post 2 or 3 before mine where similar advice was given. As a result, i ordered the cb6000s last night. This will get me locked up much sooner than the JB at lower cost. Also i travel a lot with my job so the cb can remain my travel option later on one i get the jb.

Well advice is why these forums are so great. Thanks!

One more question. I shave around my cock and genitals. I saw something on the internet that says you should not shave if you are going to wear a cd. Is this true? Do i need to stop shaving?

If you don't shave, you will invariably end up having the hairs plucked out by the device, usually at the most inopportune times. :o

By all means, keep shaving.

I can't possibly where a device without shaving. As Tom says, it will catch and pull a pube out and it is a similar pain to pulling nasal hair out...
