This 'could' lead to more strict control...more dominance from your partner...pain play, humiliation play, etc. You and she need to work out where you want it to go. You might need to experiment a little, small steps to see how you react. You should think about writing down a list of 'limits'- hard limits which are things that you absolutely do not want to occur, and 'soft' limits that you might want to explore and push.
