Just wondering if anyone has faced this issue with Mature Metal.
I got wonderful news- my jailbird is being mailed out two weeks earlier than expected, hooray.
But... BUT... The email stating delivery had my order information included, containing incorrect information. I emailed them to verify that this was simply a clerical error rather than a real one, but I was met with an automated message stating that they are out of the office for a little over a week, so now I am terrified, lol. Has anyone else been in this situation? Was the incorrect information for you just a clerical error as well?
If it was an error on his part I have no doubt that he will make it right as quickly as possible. If it was an error on your part (not suggesting it is) then I am sure he will help fix the problem as quickly and inexpensively as possible.

Well, immediately after ordering, I second-guessed myself like a mad man. I did more measurements and then decided on smaller dimensions. I was in contact with them during this and I verified my final measurements. She had me verify them and all was done... But now my delivery notification includes the original order information. Like I said, I am hoping this was simply a clerical error. I'm thinking it could arrive tomorrow, so I need to dig up my tape measure.
They have been wonderful to communicate with though, so I don't doubt things will go well, ultimately. I just don't want to have to ship the cage back and everything. This college student already dropped waaay too much money on a shiny jailbird, lol.
The cage arrived today! I wish my KH hadn't thrown our measuring tape away. It was old and got caught at the 3 and a half foot mark and wouldn't budge no matter what... but I figured it was still worth keeping, lol. Certain things about the order were correct though, so I imagine everything else is right, but, assuming that everything is in fact correct, I should have went with an even smaller diameter. Haven't gone erect in it yet though, so maybe it is the right fit. It isn't snug when flaccid quite like I anticipated it to be.
Just happy it came though. It looks amazing in person.
Hopefully it will feel amazing. Mine isn't snug either when flaccid. I'm happy it isn't because it helps in keeping me clean.
