I recently purchased the MM ring set for sizing. My question is, the first one I tried was difficult to put on. Once it was on, it felt great. I then tried the next smaller one. It was extremely hard to get on but once on, it felt great. I'm not sure whether I should which one I should get.. Any help would be appreciated!

How long are you leaving the rings on for and have you worn them overnight? During the day I can get away with a 45mm ring. At night though the 45mm would wake me up in pain with the morning woody. I have settled for a 47mm which I now wear 24/7.

You might like having one of each. If so, order the extra base ring when you place your initial order. If you decide to order a second ring later MM will require you to send the cage back for proper fitting. There turn-around time is usually fast but you will be without your JB for a short period of time.
