Hi guys anyone here wearing a device with urethral plug ? Im wondering if you can still pull out if wearing a device with the insert.

I have a Steelheart with the "fixing with penis plug". I could probably pull out although the ring is pretty tight around the head. Absolutely no way it is going back in though without taking it off.

No, it doesn't really hurt at all. I was worried about what it would be like during an erection but it wasn't bad at all. It did feel a bit weird sometimes but I didn't wear it long enough to really know. I think only two or three times, the longest being two days I think. I think I am going to shorten the rod (not the insert) so it will fit in my shorter Steelheart. The one it fits is a little too long and that probably contributed to the "weirdness" some, when I was completely flaccid it would pull back a little and then have to push back on when I was less flaccid.

I wear a chastity belt CS 100, 75mm long tube, 34 mm wide. I can not pull out.
