I have a a cb 6000s and a cb2000. I have found that the cb6000s is much more comfortable than the 2000, but about once a day, my cock wants to back out, or turtle out of the 6000s.
Has Anyone else had this problem? Is their a solution that doesn't involve piercing?
Should I try a smaller spacer, will that help?

try the smaller spacer for sure as long as your balls stay comfy when you get hard
The KSD anti pull out device is apparently unwearable for more than a couple of days as it can break the skin.
You may want to try using less to no lube and entering the device with a stocking, i found that keeps me filling the tube nicely. I only lube my helmet to make shrinkage and growth go more more smoothly, but my shaft is dry and stays in place nicely.

Mahalo.

I never had this problem with the 6000s, but agree that you might try smaller spacers which will reduce the overall length of the tube/device.

Re: Turtling out of cb 6000s
Good advice so far. The fix is to get the right spacing between the bottom of the cage and the bottom of the cuff/base ring. The right spacing here will hold the device firmly in place and not allow it to move forward enough that you can back out. If going to the smallest spacer is not enough, you may have to try a smaller base ring. Good Luck!

Yesterday I tried the next smaller spacer, and while that is a little tighter, I did not pull out last night. Thanks for the advice. We appreciate it.

maybe if the rubber was smooth without the sharp part at the front it would be better, maybe less effective but at least usable.
Did you ever try trimming that part off and using it?

Re: Turtling out of cb 6000s
I've been using the KSD-G3 anti-pull out insert with my CB6000s for the better part of a year. After using it for some months, I had a couple of lacerations where the sharp corners had dug into the skin. While taking some time without the insert in use to heal up, I pulled out my trusty Dremel tool and trimmed the corner "ears' off the insert, and then smoothed away any roughness with some fine sandpaper. After a few days of healing, I put it back into use. It still works as intended and there have been no more sore spots.
One hint for the comfortable use of the KSD-G3: Take care when inserting it between the CB body and your penis, not to trap any skin between the two at the business end of the insert. (I think it goes without saying that you don't want to pinch any skin at the spacer end of the insert. That hurts like hell!)

Yeah, went at all the sharp bits with sandpaper, still no joy, just too much pressure when aroused. They turned out to be unworkable for me anyway- could get out of the two larger ones without much trouble. Only the smallest one proved to be escape-proof...in fact, once it was on it was almost impossible to remove *at all*. I just barely got it off, with some minor damage. I was starting to think I was going to have to cut it off, the prospect of which I did not find erotic in the least.Locked4Xtine wrote:TwistedMister wrote:Locked4Xtine wrote: maybe if the rubber was smooth without the sharp part at the front it would be better, maybe less effective but at least usable.
