Do you guys think the length and the diameter affect each other in a way? What I am trying to get at is I have the same problem Lion has where I keep sticking out from the hole right above the square. Does that mean that the diameter is too big or that the cage is too long?

What is confusing me is that I think the length is perfect but everything doesn't fall in place for some reason!

Interesting question. If the head of your penis is always in contact with the end of the cage, then the length is right. If your urethra still "wanders", then the diameter may be too big. I know that my urethra doesn't move much. Sometimes it gets a bit off center and needs to be nudged back, but that is as bad as it gets.

I agree, if you are touching the end of the cage most of the time but you are still a bit wobbly in it then you might go with a smaller diameter. You might have to work slightly more to pull yourself into the cage - but it's not a big deal in a jb.

Thank you for the clarification. I think I might need a smaller diameter but that is the only measurement MM doesn't modify :( ...By the en of the cage you mean the bottom of the tube or just the bars?

The bars. It wouldn't hurt to email MM and see what they can do.

Yeah I did. Unfortunately, the only thing they can't change is the diameter.

I think something that hasn't been discussed here (unless I've missed it is the choice of lubrication. I'm not in steel but if what you describe is happening then I think it's an issue of the lubrication drying out and the head getting caught up (stuck) to the bars. Then when you grow everything is all misaligned.

Try a non-waterbased lube and you won't be drying out for 14 hours or so. Nothing gets hung up and you happily slide back and forth in your tube or cage. It took me 6 months to figure out that a water based lube is very different than an oil based lube.

You shouldn't need lube with a properly fitting cage

I would add "metal" to your statement.
"You shouldn't need lube with a properly fitting metal cage."

I couldn't be without lube with any plastic device, even the best fitting one.

That may be an issue. Continuous use of lube may not be good for your skin. I did wear a CB2000 (long ago) without the need for lube. I only wore it a week for review purposes, but in that time I had no issues with chafing.
