It is nice to get things lined up and have it stay in place. If it retracts at all you have to fiddle with it and that can be awkward at the urinal

I agree, shorter is a better fit. Currently wearing a 2 1/4" MM Pet Trap, should have a new MM Watchful Mistress with a 2" inch length any day now. It should be ideal for me. I am on a "1" ring. After one day, the Cobra N is very comfortable.
