Enema Kits

Post by freakbeat »

Does anyone have any recommendations for enema kits? I've never used one before and this will be used for anal sex prep.

Pegging 101 by Ruby Ryder has a section called Keeping Things Clean. At one time she was an advocate of an enema but has changed her opinion. She says to use clear water only. Her reasons for the change are given in the post. You may want to give it a read. http://pegging101.com/keeping-things-clean/

My experience that a very small bit of salt in the water helps me a great deal, otherwise I can feel a need to evacuate the enema for long after taking it. My current g/f typically will give me 2 small enemas and then a 3rd medium sized one about an hour before any intensive anal play.

The "fleet" enemas from the stores have extra ingredients to induce a bowel movement and are NOT recommended for play use. Especially the mineral oil one... I did that once. Oy.

Sometimes I use the standard Fleet enema. It gets stuff out of the way and makes pegging much more comfortable. No danger in using occasionally.

I've never done the enema. Does it really make a difference?
It's good to be caged.

Well, it depends. I would say that 90% of the time without an enema, everything is still very clean. That's based on my own experiences of offering myself that way, and a good # of experiences giving it that way to several of the women partners I've had who have done me the honor.

However, there is that 10% of the time when it isn't very clean. And then it depends how much a bit of the "dirt" will bother either of you. To take an enema or a couple of them, if you want to be sure it is 100% clear when evacuated, does require a bit of planning. But if I start 60 to 30 minutes prior, it isn't that big a deal. And it does assure that I will be completely clean. And if being completely clean makes you feel more comfortable, then that is definitely a plus.

The enemas do not need to be large, unless that's fun for you. The fleet enemas are only 8 oz I believe, and though most fetish fiction talk about quarts and gallons... it is just fiction. It really does not require much to stimulate the body to evacuate.

With that said, some people enjoy enemas in their own right. So for some, it can be part of the whole experience. Some enjoy the physical sensations of it, other enjoy the emotional implications of both giving or receiving.

For me, if I have the time, I prefer to include it. But it isn't a big deal... usually.
