I hope someone can suggest a soloution to this,

My ball sack is big, i have an average sized penis though (6.5 inches). The problem is that when i have tried devices in the past i can always still get hard with ease - tried various brands like CB etc. As i start to get erect the cage is able to simply slide along with nothing stopping it as my balls just slide along beside my shaft - they almost go the entire length of my shaft. Its a weird situation.

Have considered a belt but the are very expensive (and not convinced by the design when it comes to needing a number 2). Also thought about a PA piercing but cant see how that actually works? Surely every ring for a PA piercing must have a gap to get it into the hole - meaning chastity not secure either?

I have a 4 gauge segment ring in my PA. It can only be removed by using a special pair of pliers. I use it and a security cable run through it to prevent pulling out. It looks like this.

Where did you get the segment ring? Are they available in most places or is it more specialised chastity? I still fear that although it could be secured at that one end, it wouldn't prevent those pesky full length erections though

I got mine from my local piercing shop. If you get pierced, the piercer can sell you a segment ring too.

The balls don't stop the cage from moving. It's the friction from the cock ring and the cage/gap. A Mature Metal cage properly fitted will almost certainly work. Check out the fitting instructions on that site and on mine. Then do some testing with hardware store rings and find the smallest size that is safe for you to wear. When you order the MM cage, carefully measure your weenie diameter and order the cage 1/4" narrower. That way, if you try to get hard, the cage itself will grab your weenie and keep it from moving.

@Starscuck It sounds like your base ring is too big which would allow the actions that you are describing. Your base ring needs to be just as tight as you can get it without it restricting blood. It needs to fit tight up against your body.

I went to a hardware store and bought several sizes of silicone "O" rings. You could also go to a sex toy shop and buy silicon cock rings (they are the same thing but will cost more). I then fitted and wore each one until I found the tightest one that I could put on and wear comfortably. Silicone test rings are important because if you should get one on that is too tight then you can always cut if off easily. The test rings should not be able to stretch. They should be the hard silicone.

It is import to wear it for a couple of days. Have you ever noticed that when you take a ring off your finger, there is a slight indention all around your finger where the ring set. The same with the base ring.

When you have found the safest size ring that fits the best, then you can measure the inside diameter or circumference and that is the size base ring you need to order. the inside measurement is what you want.
