I need help to understand this issue from people who actually tried prostate milking.

is the milking leads to "ejaculation without orgasmic feeling" ? so it's just semen leaking with no pleasure at all?

or it's the ultimate orgasm ever?

I read about it and got confused.

could anyone clear this issue for me please ?

I've never been able to achieve orgasm through prostate stimulation alone, BUT for me it is a slow near orgasm that leaks at first but tapers off quickly. Been trying for some time but a real cum or orgasm never quite manifests.
Though I am new to chastity. Perhaps after a few weeks of denial I'll be singing a different tune.
Either way it is fun! Finding the perfect spot, letting yourself go in just that certain way... It is worth playing with!

Right... ruined orgasm can have some spasms but for my hubby a milking literally just drips or leaks (pours sometimes haha) out of him with pretty much no spasms. He says it feels like he's going to pee and sometimes it just feels like he just leaked a lot of precum when I milk him... then he looks and sees!

I enjoy prostate milking.. Get some wonderful spasms and almost always cum, sometimes a load of cum. I use the NJOY Pure Wand and it really does the trick. I also have an FMachine and if I use that, I can have one spasm after another with the twist of the knob and do it over and over. It is not an orgasm, but as good as one at times. It just does not have the same physical effect as a really good orgasm. Milking will definitely remove some of the tension for me, but after you have cum a few times there is nothing more to give. When using the machine, it does not matter and I still get a wonderful intense shuttering feeling each time I hit the edge. But a half hour later or so later I might want to go at it again. I have a hard time releasing this way. I have, by massaging my prostate vigorously through my perineum but only a few times. When I have ejaculated this way it was pleasurable, but not orgasmic. The first time, I believe I thought I was going to orgasm, but then only a slow ejaculation occurred without the orgasm. Like I was faked out!

I've tried to milk myself a few times using a dildo and have not been able to so far.

I have an aneros but it hasn't really led to the full body orgasms claimed by some men. We rarely play with it but I do enjoy the feeling of being penetrated. Prostate milking is something that intrigues me but it seems like so much more work than a ruined orgasm. I have read a lot of things about the Njoy but not really sure how it works... do you have to penetrate in and out, or is it like the aneros where it is supposed to just rub against your prostate? I lube up well and use the large end in a slow sliding motion of just a few inches. Provided I relax my muscles I find that it produces a lot of liquid within ten minutes, leaving me feeling less frustrated afterwards. Can't say it has ever felt even mildly orgasmic though.

I use the smaller end, lube it up and run up into my ass. Carefully rubbing it back and forth on my prostate I can milk a lot of precum and cum out of me. No orgasms mind you but it feels as though I can sometimes have "dry orgasms" when I do this. Leaves me with a sexual shiver though my body. There are many people who use these terms interchangeably, but they are actually two different things.

There is prostate milking, and there are prostate orgasms. Milking can be a very slow process, of gently rubbing the prostate. It results in a slow drain of ejaculate and will feel more like urinating (like VERY intensely) and does not "spurt" out at all, its a dribble of it. Some people with practice can accomplish it in a few minutes, though most people who are new to it can take 30-60 minutes.

Prostate orgasms are something that some men enjoy and result in powerful orgasms where the ejaculate shoots out, much like a regular orgasm. Some can do it without any stimulation of their penis at all.
