Regarding a suitable punishment for coming, since most of us seem to get off on being told "NO!", how about several hours (days, weeks, months) of forced orgasms, until it becomes a chore?

I can see your point, it kind of works the same way for me. Fortunately for me though my wife does not like the mood drop I have after orgasms, I'm almost apathetic.
