Try using a condom or some desensitizing cream for now. Over time it should get better for you.

We don't use condoms cause we want to make a baby but I'll try some cream.
Any suggestions on wich cream or will any do ?

The problem I have heard with using a desensitizing cream or lube without a condom is that the cream/lube will be transfered to your wife also. This is an effect she might not want or enjoy.

How about using the condom, or purchase a slip on extension to prolong the activity, then take it off when you both are ready.

Other than that I would just take it slow for now and try to pace yourself.
