Re: adjustments
The real test is a nocturnal erection.
I understand about going with smaller sizes than you thought you could. My original Steelheart had only a 44mm ring. I felt this was too big and wanted to try something smaller so I ordered a new Steelheart (couldn't be without you know) with a 44 and 42mm ring. I decided I really liked the 42mm ring so I sent the original one back to get a 42mm and a 41mm ring for it. I didn't think the 41mm would fit but wanted it just in case. I was pretty sure the 42mm was the "right" size for me and as small as I could go. When it finally came back the two new rings were actually a bit undersized, the larger was a hair less than 41mm and the smaller a hair less than 40mm. When you start to get close to your minimum size 1mm makes a big difference. Anyway I started with the 41mm and it took a while but I really like it now. I did try the 40mm one time but had to get up and swap it out around 4am. I am sure I will try it again sometime though. I wouldn't be too surprised if someday it is the new smallest size I can wear
Also, I had the one nut pop out problem one time on a really cold day. I was pretty surprised as I didn't think there was enough room but somehow it happened. I was a bit stuck too but did get it popped back in. That was a bit painful. That combination of tube / ring had a 16.4mm gap, with the 41mm ring the gap is 13.7mm. Again I am pretty sure a testicle cannot pop out but I guess only time will tell.
