I just bought myself a CB6000. Unfortunately, this kind of items you can't go and test in the changing room, so I just bought it without trying. And now I have a problem with sizes.
I'm rather hung, so I used the largest ring of the set. Even this ring is kind of thight, but it feels like a tight cockring, so it's not that big of a problem. But the cage is.
It took me a 5 minute cold shower to shrink enough to fit in. Once I got it, my skin was pressed between the cage and my scrotum and was pushing out of the "ventilation" holes at the base of the cage.
I wore the cage for 4 hours and it didn't feel unconfertable (at least not more than to be expected from a chastity cage), but when my cock was trying to get hard, a large presure was set on the pins. I don't think they will last long this way.
I'm also wondering about the time I want to wear it 24/7. Because of the blocked holes, there is no ventilation and washing inside is not possible. So I'm wondering about hygiene and cleanlyness.
Is here someone who has expirience with this? Is there a larger cage for the CB6000? Or did I choose the wrong device and is there a larger (plastic) device?

Re: CB6000 vs size
The CB6000 is a bit too small for me too, even though I'm a modest 6" and and 5.5" circumference when erect. I've gotten it to work surprisingly well, though. When I first got it, the largest ring was snug but usable. After wearing it less than a week, I noticed it getting looser... Now I'm able to wear the second-largest ring.
I entirely fill my cage when soft, spilling out all the vent holes. I have gotten used to this after a while, and learned to deal with it. One key is to use lube, both to get in the cage, and inside the ring. First I put the base ring on, then swab some lotion on the inside of the base ring with q-tips. Then I swab lotion all over my soft penis, and push it into the cage with q-tips.
Most guys say to just push it in far enough to get the lock on, and after you get soft you'll just kind of slip all the way into the cage automatically... This does NOT work for me. My shaft skin bunches up outside the cage in my scrotum area. This leads to larger, more uncomfortable attempted erections. I have found it very important to, once the cage is locked on, push forward through the vent holes with q-tips, pulling the excess skin into the cage. I keep pushing through the vent holes until there is no more loose skin down by my scrotum, and my shaft skin is taut in that area.
I use this cleaning kit: http://keptforher.com/cleaning.html
I wouldn't be able to keep my shaft clean at all without the swabs. The squirt bottle is great for flushing out the head area of the CB6000, and sometimes i can force a little water down the shaft, but not enough to clean effectively. The swabs work great; I use antibacterial liquid soap on them, and am able to stay fairly clean for 3 days or so. It starts getting grody after that, but I'm still perfecting my cleaning technique.

Re: CB6000 vs size
In addition, if you give it some time, after the initial 'novelty' subsides a bit you may have less of a problem.
Cleaning: A shower a day keeps the smell away. I get in a nice hot shower (studiously avoiding any thoughts that might cause arousal) and let everything relax while I wash my hair and face. The I pour liquid around the base and let it seep in while I soap my torso, then I slip a finger in and 'swish' everything around, pulling on bits of skin here and there to make sure I get everywhere. (I have skinny fingers, if you don't you'll have to use the swabs). Then, a hand-held shower massager on a high-pressure setting rinses all the soap away, with some pulling and tugging to get everywhere. (Use a finger behind the base ring to press tightly on the urethra to prevent water from being forced into the bladder...while this can produce a very interesting sensation, if the temperature of your water heater is set below 136*F some bacteria can survive and thrive in there and you DON'T want to be introducing them into your bladder, a UTI can be *very* nasty, trust me.)

Thank you for your reactions. As I put on the device more and more, it is easier. For the moment I'll take it off for cleaning. But I think I will be able to wear it 24/7 in a short while.
