MM Queen's Keep-First experience

Our device arrived last Friday and I have been wearing it off and on since then, experimenting with the 2 base rings I ordered. Our first impression on seeing it was; wow!, this thing is small, and is it going to work?(1 1/8 dia by 1 3/4 length) The workmanship and finish were outstanding. I could find no flaws or rough edges. We ordered 2 base rings, a 1 3/4 and 1 7/8, due to my lack of confidence in my measurements. In retrospect, I did not need it. The 1 3/4 worked fine. It's taking some time to get used to a base ring again, but it's getting easier each day. I ordered the cage diameter based on a snug fit while flacid. It does fit very snug, but the downside is that I have trouble cleaning underneath the bands. If I could do it again, I would give it another 1/8 th inch in diameter. This may improve as my penis gets used to being "kept". Another difference from my CB6Ks is that there is no room for erections, either in length or width. Most of an erection tends to happen as a stiffening of my penis between the device and my body. There is no feeling of "filling" the cage as I erect, the cage is always full. I'm not sure if I will like this over time or not. However, I felt comfortable enough to give MJ the keys last night and she was happy, despite the nasty cold she has at the moment. I'll report again on wearing after being locked for a longer period.

Another difference from my CB6Ks is that there is no room for erections, either in length or width. Most of an erection tends to happen as a stiffening of my penis between the device and my body. There is no feeling of "filling" the cage as I erect, the cage is always full. I'm not sure if I will like this over time or not.

This is one of the first things I noticed also. After a while this feeling is what became normal. I move around a lot in my job, twisting, bending, and have found this an advantage. With the CB series, at times, I would find myself turned ninety degrees at the head inside the cage. Very uncomfortable! I haven't had this happen at all.

A second thing that has happened with the tight fit is to LRC's advantage. She has found that moving her finger along the bars allows just enough contact to cause an arousal because the skin is so close. This has become her favorite tease when we go to bed at night. She will run her fingers along the bars to "relax" her and then fall asleep. Every time she does this I have an erection and have to try to go to sleep.

Ahh, the caged life is so much fun.

Two areas I did not report on are urination and security in the device. Urination is much, much easier than the CB6Ks and doesn't cause the residual smell buildup as the day (or night) goes along. As far as security, with the correct base ring size which translates to the smallest gap you can stand, this device is as secure as a TBD can be. One of the things I noticed was that when I tried the larger base ring, I could easily back out of the cage by pulling the device away from my body due to the larger gap. Think that a slightly larger cage diameter, thus a smaller gap between cage and base ring, would make it even more secure. It's amazing that an eighth of an inch can make such a difference, but it does. Bottom line is that we think this will be a good device for us for now.

Good thought about cleaning under the band - my QK's also "snug" diameter-wise and for the first couple of weeks I didn't think about trying to clean there as the rest seemed so easy on the cleanliness front.

When it was removed for inspection there was a trace of grubbiness for want of a better word, but nothing serious. Now I squeeze a Q-Tip round it in the shower every couple of days and that seems to work.

The feeling of not being able to get any erection is strange at first - I'm also 1 3/4" long flaccid and that's as big as I get except on the odd occasion when I'm released, but I have got used to it and comfort wise I've also found it much better than the larger cage of the CB3K. I think not being able to have any sort of erection other than as you describe builds the frustration level more over time, but that may just be my imagination. It's what I signed up for.

You say it's amazing how much difference 1/8" can make - I found the same on base ring size with a 1/16" difference. 1 7/8" dia fits great - 1 15/16" is loose and uncomfortable just as you describe above.

Mrs KH has now gone away for a couple of weeks to visit family. The key's sealed in an envelope with a nice little signed message and space for me to leave one comment every day. It's going to be an interesting time.....

I had a strange occurrence last night. I had several glasses of wine, then retired to bed. My scrotum was very relaxed as was the rest of me. I awoke to find the base ring had sagged downward on the top allowing my penis to nearly back out of the cage. This afternoon I sent MM an email to solicit advice on how to remedy this. I'm reasonably sure I could not accommodate a smaller base ring since I experimented with the sizing kit for several weeks. The only way I can see to close the gap between the base ring and the cage would be to make the cage diameter a little larger. I'm awaiting his reply. My spouse/KH says maybe I tried to pull my penis out of the cage because I'm starting to have problems with not being able to feel and rub myself.

I had the sagging problem also. Mine was because I needed a base ring large enough to get my testicles through. When I did, it was loose to wear. MM made me a device like the Points of Intrigue for the CB series. He called it a Penis Holder and it isn't on his web page. It has no points and goes between the base ring and the cage. It has worked very well for me. I have been wearing it this way for about two months.

It will not solve the problem of not being able to rub and feel yourself.

I did find a picture of the one that MM made for me.

The device slides over the post and fills the gap between the base ring and the cage. You will see a nub on the Penis Holder. This nub fits into a hole that is in the cage. You can see it below the mounting hole on the cage. If memory serves me right it was $60 for this. MM will need the complete cage back to do this.
