Using Apple Notes/Shortcuts as a chastity tracker.

The other day my wife asked me about keeping a log for her. Initially I thought about something like Alescan’s chastity tracker website. Which I really like the idea of, but unfortunately I don’t think my wife would use it. It’s a massive and impressive undertaking. But more than she would want.

I was already messing around with Apple shortcuts and made one that logs our baby’s feeding times/amounts on a shared note. (It’s been awesome! If anyone is bottle feeding kids still and is interested I’d be happy to share it as well). Since she was already familiar with this, and it’s as simple as opening her notes app I decided this was the way to go.

The nice thing about this method is, if you’re on iPhone, it uses apps you likely already have. Assuming you kept Apple shortcuts which came preinstalled.

I’ll link the shortcut at the bottom. Essentially all you’ll do is create a shared note with your KH. Add the shortcut from the link, then at the bottom of the shortcut you’ll find an “Append Note” section that has a blank note option at the end. Click it and select the note you created. Same thing for the “Open Note” section.

You can click the play button on the bottom right to test the shortcut out a few times. Tweak any of the inputs above to your liking. Last step to make it super accessible is adding the shortcut to either your home screen or your control center. Then you’re good to go!

I kept some of the inputs kind of cryptic. HJ, BJ, PIV, RO, FO, etc, so the logs were shorter and less in your face with sexy words plastered all over your note. But you could easily change these to more explicit language if you prefer and if you’re less concerned about your note being seen by others(ie your kids… haha). Hahaha still bottle feeding kids. Oh my that was a lifetime ago. I do really respect those of you who are raising families. One of mine was a bottle baby the other a boob baby. I miss lazy Saturday mornings watching my child nurse in bed between us. I was never allowed to taste the babies milk. That baby is about to have one of her own.
