Locktober question

Conflicted on how I feel so want to ask the group. Wife is all in for Locktober, No-vember and Denial December but then says she may unlock me for my birthday which is October 7th. Yes she has ownership of my genitals and can do as she pleases with them. But then if she is telling me I am locked for Loctober but will get out on my birthday, it doesn’t feel like Loctober.

Am I just being stupid?

We have always used the ‘kiss’ philosophy in our house.

Keep It Simple Stupid.

Not calling you stupid but if it’s truly her call then let her have her fun. As a Harley rider we also have a philosophy of enjoy the ride and just follow the front wheel.

And another one. It’s not a destination it’s a journey.

Be thankful she’s interested. I read too much on here about guys who “want to be”. So be happy that she’s into you and enjoy the ride.

Back five years ago when we started this after my rotator cuff surgery, my Wife used to unlock me once a week or every two. She wouldn’t do “Locktober” because it was “too cruel”, five years in and unlocks are between a month and six and always involve viagra and a lot of CBT…. Give it time, it’s Her decision

It is HER decision! At the beginning of the year i was 4 months without being unlocked, however when i recently mentioned locktober she said she was planning on some 'loving time' as we will be on vacation.

Its just a calendar. Yes its a fun idea to kick off this lifestyle but once you're in it dates don't really matter?

There are so many variation to what counts as Locktober. Just change yours to include this part way treat.

Thanks for all the feedback and everyone made good points to what was an old man feeling frosty. In my mindset and I know I can be literal in my thinking ; Locktober is 31 days locked. Period. What chapped my ass was CS telling me how we are doing Loctober but in the same breath that I”ll get out for my birthday. That’s not Locktober. Just another month of doing what she wants so don’t tell me we are doing Locktober and I am good.

But then it’s been building as CS likes to make a loud proclamation that I pick where we eat and we will go wherever I want. I say ‘restaurant A’ and she immediately says’We should go to restaurant B.’ Why ask me if you are just going to pick?
