Swollen Prostate

Has anyone been told by a doctor they have a swollen prostate? If so do you believe it was related to chastity/denial? And what happened?

I was having difficulty urinating completely but I’m a little young for the typical BPH. The doctor did a scan and said I had a swollen prostate. But didn’t suggest any course of action or anything. I told my regular doctor that and he’s never mentioned it or a treatment either. At one point they wanted to stick a camera up my urethra but that was for a Different issue.

As we are getting back into chastity/denial play, I’m just concerned. Before someone says ask a doctor, I did. And will again. But they never suggested anything. Just wondering if anyone here has a similar story because I do feel a pang sensation but not pain when on a denial streak. So I’m assuming it’s related and not something like cancer.

Are the doctors aware that you wear a chastity device? Also do you wear it long term or intermittently?

At the time it started I hadn’t been wearing it often if at all. I’d started some prescriptions around that time and assumed it was a side effect. The doctor said it shouldn’t be a side effect. But to answer your question, no. My doctor is not aware but at the time didn’t think it was an issue unless it was a long term side effect. But I don’t where it for weeks at a time. The longest I’ve gone locked up is a week. But I’ve gone over 40 days without an ejaculation before.

i’m quite sure mine gets swollen to the extent it interferes with peeing frequency etc and i put it down to 24/7/365 locking and zero orgasms. Personally i like the effect and that sooner or later i reach the point where, when MsM causes sufficient excitement, i empty out and start again !! These days i tend to only empty a little and be back to the same point in days which means most times MsM gets me excited i’m dribbling with excitement. As i say it’s something i love the feeling of.

I assume that your PSA levels are normal.

5mg of Cialis daily is supposed to help your problem in addition to its main benefit for ED. I've been on it for several years now and the problem is well under control. I'm surprised that your doctor didn't recommend trying this. As a side benefit, when prescribed for this purpose your medical insurance should cover the cost.

Thanks. Next time I go to the doctor I’ll follow up. Seems like they got my results and were just like “he’s fine.” And never bothered to tell me. But still I’m concerned and the problem is the same though hasn’t worsened. Just made me wonder if maybe I irritated or crimped something in there while using the cage or when doing extended denial times.

I have an enlarged prostrate but it is due mainly from age. I have discussed effects of chastity with my doctor at the VA and he didn't think it would cause problems. As to treatment, I take 0.4 mg of Tamsulosin daily.

Thanks for the info. We’ve been going hot and heavy for a week now and last night she ruined an orgasm. It’s the first time I actually felt pain before it came out. It was a sharp pain where the first spasm was and nothing came out. The second spasm shot about a foot. Then nothing. I swear it feels like a crimp like something’s blocking it and causing it to pick up speed. But if there’s not enough speed it stays inside. Idk. That’s just how it feels
