I just got my cage, and the main issue I seem to be running into is my dick just bunches up at the groin area, and the device itself is pushed away from the groin. Please help!

We just got a cheap knock off of a hokey trainer just to see if we liked it. I can only wear it for a day or two before there is a sharp pain at my scrotum at the bottom of the ring. Suggestions?

That burning as I have found out, is the skin being stretched. Are you shaved? Try applying some aquaphor to the area to let the skin slide, or try one of the larger rings if your cage came with them. I barely wear mine due to my lefty ball constantly escaping. Seems I need a ring of an in between size.

Yes I am shaved. I used the largest ring. I told my wife to get a better device it could be over $100.
