Does anyone know of any good sources for buying parts to make their own stainless steel device?

Specifically 0.080" wall thickness 1/4" ID Stainless steel tubing.

I've found my size rings and post material.

I can weld aluminum at home so stainless should be easy to learn...

Note that both 304 and 316 are generally both fine for body contact, but 316 is considered to be a nicer grade.
