Problem with Chastity Device with Silicone Urethral Tube

Have been using a CB6000s copy now for over a year. For the past 2 months, it has not been unlocked at all - yeas, I am very horny and my wife teases me lots which only boosts it more! I have got very good at cleaning myself and the device whilst in the shower without having to remove the device.

My wife showed me another device she wants me to try. It is a metal one with a built in urethral insert. The top is part of the cage and is metal and the bottomis metal too and the metal ends fit on each end of the silicone tube. The length of the urethral tube is about 165mm.

After sterilising it, my wife undid my existing chastity device, with some squeezing I managed the get my testicles and penis through the O ring. I lubricated the urethral tube with ky jelly and inserted it into my penis. My wife then locked me up.

Through the night, I had no problem. However, by mid-morning today, my penis head was hurting with like a burning sensation. It would appear it was being irritated by the silicone urethral tube. Also, when urinating I was passing blood every time I first started to go. The pain in my penis head was constant.

My wife has now unlocked me and told me to remove this device and replaced it with the original CB600s copy. It doesn't hurt any more.

Could you tell me whether this pain and blood is normal for when you first try a urethral insert chastity device, or is there a problem.

The length of the urethral tube is about 165mm.

I had to use google to find a conversion to inches...about 6 1/2"...not long enough to hit the bladder, but there is a sphincter muscle there somewhere, not sure of the variation in distance in individuals, esp. as regards penis length. But, I did some experimentation with a bit of IV line a while ago, and I discovered that the ends can be sharp enough to scratch/cut the sensitive tissue in there, which can result in pain and bleeding.

My first guess is that this is what happened to you- a bit of the plastic was sharp enough to cut, even though it doesn't feel like it is if you touch it with your finger.

Be careful- drink plenty of fluids to keep everything washed out, you don't want an infection. Don't insert anything else for a while, and pay extra attention to hygiene.

If the blood, burning and pain go away and don't come back, good. But watch for a return in a week or two, plus feeling ill with a fever- if this happens, you will need medical attention and antibiotics to cure the UTI- it will NOT go away by itself, don't ignore it. If two or three weeks go by and nothing happens, you should be OK.

In the mean time, check the insert tube for sharp edges at the ends, you may want to smooth them to be sure. There are wood-burning kits with interchangeable tips, one of the tips is designed for melting plastic and would probably be your best bet. Otherwise, you'll need to improvise.

Thanks Twisted Mister for taking time to reply. The bleeding has stopped and the burning when going to the toilet isn't as bad as it was. I'll keep an eye as you suggest. For now, back to CB6000s. Thanks again.

I'm new to this but I'm willing to say that pain and blood are not normal.

I just received (yesterday) my first device which has a removable urethral insert of about 3 inches. The diameter of the tube is just a bit too much for me and I get that burning sensation you described. I like the thought of being filled but realistically can't endure that for very long.

Maybe try to cut i the length of the silicon tube down.

Also, I've read elsewhere about stretching the urethra with the use of sounds. That might get the diameter you need. Also, i wouldn't use ky but rather coconut oil for internal lube. Coconut oil retains some of its anti bacterial properties which might help reduce chance of infection.

Blood is definitely NOT normal to my knowledge. I've been using a urethral insert for about a year now and even the first time using it I have no issues. I did however stupidly just force it in when it was too big for me and I had a bit of pain but even then I had no bleeding.

I would recommend letting the wound heal and then get a sounding kit and begin with slowly stretching yourself out. Then try the tube and see how it works.

If you cut the tube, it *will* leave an edge sharp enough to cut/scratch the urethra. Been there, done that. You will need to find a way to rectify that. Pissing red does not give one a happy face.
