my recomendation is to set yourself realistic goals (2 weeks?). In the AA the Alcoholics celebrate each day. The thing to completely remove from your life should be the porn but Masturbation if done correctly is not damaging.

You first need to set your mind and fully understand how damaging the porn is. Here I have two sites that helped me understand it:

Long before I had a KH i had the same problem.

Put the keys in separate envelopes and mail them to yourself on a Friday.
Monday or Tuesday then suddenly seems very far away.

Kitchen safe is your solution, you lock up your keys and really cant get to them.

No need for a third person, and in the event of a real emergency you can break it, but that would cost you.

I agree that makes no sense, i have tried that.
Bus as both chastity and self bondage are a real turn on for me i end up taking the cage of within the hour.

Without a KH it would still be an enormous turn on, and i would still do it but then for hours or days.
But it would have to be real, either with online KH, mailing the keys to myself, or some kind of time lock like the kitchen safe.
