I found a pic of this belt on a chastity blog and I finally found the manufacturer: chastitysteel.de. I searched the forum and could not find any useful info but a few old threads.
This belt looks very comfortable, especially when compared to other belts that also have a strap going between the cheeks.
Not sure about how noticeable is the bulge of the penis cage...
Has anyone a direct experience of use?
