I wouldn't totally discount European manufacturers such as Steelworxx.de either. I really like the the integrated lock available on the Steelworxx line. Note that the 19% VAT doesn't apply if you're in the US, so that helps with the price.

Buying your first device can be difficulty, especially if you have somewhat non-standard anatomy (i.e. uncircumcised, tight ball sack, bigger than average, smaller than average, or what have you).

made me laugh, since when was uncircumcised non-standard , you mean circumcised as non-standard
