Looker 01

I have just orderd the Looker 01 from Steelworxx. Has anyone got any advice on how comfortable or not it is to wear a device like this with the urethral insert. The insert goes 15mm past the base ring and I was wondering if it would remain comfortable for extended periods of wear when the insert is so deep.
