The man cage

Post by Cagedcraze »

I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with the man cage. I have model 03 and the fit is actually really nice but it is very easy to escape. I was wondering If anyone has ever glued the 2 guide pins into the top part that closes the ring? That way once locked you couldn't just slide the guide pins out then take the ring off then the cage. Just a thought and wanted to know if anyone has done it.

Wow, looking at pics of unit I see what your talking about.
If you glued the pins to the back plate you should still be able to close the ring, it would make it more like the CB series.
I ended up replacing all my pins with metal ones on my CB 3000 (A long time ago) before I went to metal unit for better "security".

Currently locked in custom BA 34R, also use Ba-20 with triple base ring occasionally switched for BA 25 with double base ring.
