Burg Wachter barrel locks

Post by Tom Allen »

Just found a new US site to pick up the original German made Burg Wachter locks.

https://www.steinlock.com/burg-wachter- ... iture.html

These are sometimes called "magic locks" or "barrel locks" depending on which site you're on.

These are good replacement locks for the crappy copies that ship with the Chinese cages.

Didn't someone on these forums say that Holy Trainers come with Burg Wachter locks?

I have a HT v3 and the lock does not seem to me to be of typical German quality.

The HT used the BW ME/2 barrel locks. Then they had some made and branded with the letters BDSM embossed on the keys, but it's possible those were the decently made Chinese copies (I have some of those, and I do not believe that they are BW, but overall I'm satisfied with the quality).

I don't know what the HT is shipping with now.
