Cellular Shock Chastity

Hi all,
This is my first post. I have a chastity device that I have paired permanently (using tie wraps and gorilla glue to a SmartDog Bluetooth shock device that is rechargeable. It works perfectly and the shocks can be so severe it brings me to my knees instantly! The benefit is that my wife only needs the app on her phone to shock me, so no additional controllers. This works superbly, but I’d now like to take this further....literally! Instead of Bluetooth I’d like to wear the same device but with a mobile phone SIM inside it, so my keeper can control me from anywhere in the world. Does anything like this exist? If not, how would I go about designing it?

I believe that some companies have vibrating toys that are controlled by BT- you have an app on your phone, and your partner has an app, and they communicate. Theoretically, it could be done the same way.
