Device suggestion for stretchy scrotum

I'm having trouble finding a good device that works for me. Before spending serious money I've been going through all the cheap devices/copies. All of them seem to work so some extent during the day but it is the 5am erection which seems to be the problem. I'm 2 months in to 24x7 wear so I would have thought my body should have gotten used to things by now.

I have a couple of metal devices in standard length but these pinch terribly even with copious amounts of lube. They also get pushed away from my body stretching my scrotum to the limit and I have nearly full erections albeit mostly trapped in steel.

I thought the answer would be a 'nub' device to prevent erections before they start so when a HT3 nub copy came yesterday I gave it a try. In metal I use a 40mm ring but for this I needed to use the largest ring simply because when assembled the skin passing through between the side of the tube and the ring was pinched too tight and stopped blood flow. This morning I woke up with no pain but with a full erection. When warm my scrotum seems to be able to stretch a lot so that the ring had slid as far down as to allow me to be fully erect with the nub part just covering the glans.

The most comfortable device which stays in place is the Birdlocked but this allows too much stimulation as to be essentially useless at preventing anything but penetration.

I really can't wear a full belt for practical reasons so is there any device I could try which might work for me?

Hmmm, I think I may have put the nub on wrong in my haste last night. After my KH woke up and let me unlock I swapped to a smaller ring and refitted with the skin going all round the inside of the ring to the top. It's not pinching as much and is sitting much closer to my body. I'll see how it goes today. Still feels a bit tight but it's bearable.

I had similar issues with the nub, plus, I felt I could easily slip it off my penis when fully aroused. I switched to the Cherry Keeper, short or small, with total touch stop. Touch stop is a honeycomb type filler between the bars. It really prevents stimulation of any sort, but I find it easy to clean as water and soap will pass through. I also ordered a double ring instead of a single. I think it helps use up some of the room due to a loose scrotum. I was wearing an oval ring approximately equal in size to a 40.5 MM round ring. I just moved down to a oval = to 37.5 MM those 3 MM are making a difference. The tighter fit seems to be stopping the erections before they can get to the point of trying to rip my balls off. Of course, being 62 may also be having an effect on my erections

@nosaint Thanks. I will think about what size might work for me.

The trouble with all the 'ball trap' devices is that my balls can quite happily allow 4 inches (10cm) of room for the main ring to slide. I woke again this morning with the nub somewhere down near my knees :)

I had the same experience with the Nub, and about the same stretch. A smaller base ring was the answer. It's a bitch to get the base ring on, but it has stopped the feeling of my dick trying to rip my balls off. In the past, I've worn ball stretchers, up to two+ pounds, so my scrotum is a bit loose.

The ring should fit snugly enough, that as soon as any swelling starts the ring will 'grip' instead of slide.
