The majority of the cages available will permit the application of some forms of stimulation be it touch, vibration or electrical stimulation. You just need to look at the design and fit...and see if that fits your goal. Is it your intention to induce pain? Or are you simply after frustrated arousal?
A very small cage portion will inhibit erections more, while a larger cage can permit partial...or even complete...erection depending, on your size and the size of the cage.
