I know exactly what you mean, there are always those last couple of drops that won't come out right away. Aside from standing there with a piece of tissue and waiting for them to slowly ooze out, there is really little to be done about it.

It may be that your base ring is simply too tight. However, the first thing to do is to try peeing naked except for the cage, and work out what works as a baseline.

Try running your fingers firmly along the underside of your urethra from your pirenium as far forward as the ring will allow.
