Look around on Amazon or EBAY. There are a lot of options available. You should be able to find one long enough but the problem you may have is the diameter.

The problem is the diameter not the lenght and I have looked every site possible ebay amazon aliexpress wish etc. But there is on type of cage whitch has the proper diameter ManCage 6. But it is too long for me. And in diameter too is bigger than should be :/

Congratulations on your girth - you’ll need a custom device. The 3D printed ones are reasonably affordable, for some value of “affordable”. If you have a very close friend with a 3D printer, homegrown might be another option.
