I've caught the end of my cages while deadlifting a few times. I just try to remember to shove it down a bit more before I start.

I do all three:

I run regularly anywhere from 10-20 miles a week. Compression wear is important it keeps things in place. Runs longer than 6 miles can be challenging but I’ve done it. No problems with 6 or less

Swimming done that too pretty regular last year. Not as much this year. Never an issue with my jailbird knockoff. Getting out of the pool can be a challenge with the suctioning of your suite while exiting.

Cycling.... nope. Can’t do it caged. Ring digs in to much.

I have never managed to make anything work. At this point I've tried everything. But to be perfectly honest, do you really need it when working out? I don't. My mind is on other stuff. I just put it on afterwards.

I do a lot of power lifting. The last thing I need is one more thing to keep track of. I want all focus to go to the lifts

I like safety, and keeping all my original bits undamaged. If I'm going long distance cycling, I'll remove the cage and cuff ring. A short distance, maybe I'll remove just the cage abs replace it with a locking penis ring (a piece made from an old A272.).

My lifting isn't competition, so I just rememeber to tuck the device way down before deadlifting.

I went for a run wearing a chastity device for the first time this evening. Only did an easy 5k but I had no issues with it at all.
Saves the bother of unlocking and then locking again after the shower.

I find two layers helps for that; I wear a male thong (don't judge!) first, to keep everything tight and to prevent the boys from sticking to/rubbing against my thighs, then a pair of boxer-briefs to keep my thighs from rubbing each other, then my workout pants. Water shouldn't be a problem with a decent lock, as mentioned.

If you have a small cage like Nub or the Nano in your picture, why don't you just put on decent lycra shorts, get Zone3 a size small or something, that will pull everything in and hug into the gaps so no rubbing at the sides.

Agree on concerns over deadlifts as I was doing those just last week. Pulling up isn't a huge concern but as I bring the bar down, I have to keep the cage in mind but I have adapted pretty easily.

I haven't found much else that is problematic (for me) but everyone is different and may have different experiences.
