We have a S87 from House of Denial in the UK which we bought till we can get one made, but very tempted to just have one of these customised as it ticks most of our boxes one of which being easy to keep clean without removal and I've been in it since 15th of September with no apparent issues. Just lube the bottom of the A-ring every other day or so.

Second the S87 type. I have a Chinese version of this, with the urethral tube. I don't use the tube, and the design is very comfortable. The tip of your penis doesn't extend out and rub on your shorts like it might with a more open front design. Urinating is a little more messy, but not too bad.
