Related question to the a271/272 model. The integrated lock on these style of devices exposes the sharp edges of the brass insert. My KH has complained that she doesn’t like to grind on me while snuggling because the edge bites into her bum. I’ve tried filing down the edges but have ruined three locks that way (exposing the cilyinders and popping the springs), and I’ve also tried laying a bead of hot glue over the top, but it tends to fall off after a few days. Does anyone else have a solution for the sharp edge problem?

Get a good German lock from the keptforher.com website. The cheaper Chinese ones have a swedes or presses brass plate holding the pins in. I've been able to find better ones on AliExpress and DHGate, but they run out of stock quickly.

You'll still need to soften the edges, but the tumblers are held in with pins, so you'll have room.

Take a look at the lock in this device:

See how there are several round brass circular marks? Those are pins pressed onto the tumbler holes. You need that, as opposed to the cheaper way of fastening them down.
