I received my 55mm ring today. The discomfort is much less. Been wearing it about six hours and feels really good so far. Fingers crossed.

I have ball bag burn for about an hour after my morning shower, then it goes away abd is very comfy. First make sure you have a custom properly fitted cage. I really like the oval base ring of my Mature Metal Jailbird. I use vaselive on the ring and after an he of discomfort, which I deal with by smoothing out the scrotum skin a few times, it goes away completely. I am high and tight and the muscles of the scrotum skin seem to just relax after an hr.
