Hmmm yes bending the cage rather than the A-ring was what i meant but you may finding bending the A-ring itself will be ok if you can get enough force onto it

I will try to bend the A ring first, but if that doesn’t work I’ll try and bend the base of the cage to get me a larger top gap. I emailed MM and they replied that they could basically make whatever I want for a price. But they did say that a larger top gap would help me with my problem.
