Some time ago I bought this device in China.Ann't used it since at the beginning I knew I had to put it on.I've got it now but the problem is that the lock sometimes does not pass and can not be closed. In the end I got it to pass and close but now I can not get it out. Luckily I did it without my penis inside.
Any recommendation. Thank you

Awww, that's no fun
Try a few drops of [light] machine oil.

I've noticed that the brass lock can have sharp edges that will get hung up when inserting it into the device. A little light oil to help wriggle it out should work, and after that, take some very fine sandpaper, emery, or abrasive pad, and smooth all the edges of the lock.

I agree with Tom. Might just need a little tweaking.
I recently purchased 2 inexpensive devices from DHgate and while I'm happy with what I received I'm not as impressed with the lock mechanism. Really, I didn't expect much for what I paid.
I remembered sometime ago a member here had a link to purchase replacement internal locks but I've been unable to find that posting. Maybe that member will see this and let us know where replacement locks can be purchased.
I've never seen a device quite like what you have. Brings new meaning to "got a screw loose"

I'm looking at this device, the closure is a screw but I do not know if it closes with the halley key or with a special key

This style closes with a screw - what we call a socket head cap screw. The socket might be a star pattern instead of a hex.

It means that it could be easily undone with a proper tool from a hardware store.
