No device in the 'verse can hold me -- help?

Hello to everyone,
I've got a problem that I'm hoping some members here may have encountered before and can offer some advice on. I haven't had much luck finding general information on other sites.
First, the basics: I've been experimenting with chastity for about a year. I own a Bon4M, a Birdlocked Neo, and I've experimented with some of the cheap Chinese knock-offs of the CB-6000 / 6000S. I've run into the same problem with all three devices, even though they are made from very different materials and offer a variety of adjustable rings or flexible base materials (Birdlocked Neo).
Here's my problem: Ball capture devices fall off me. And for the life of me, I'm not sure why.
I've tried using rings that fit comfortably. I've tried stepping down a size. I have tried using devices with rings so small, I had to take a cold shower first just to fit the device around myself. The ring is tight enough you can't squeeze a *thread* between it -- until one testicle pops free, and it falls off.
I have a second unique "feature" to my anatomy that may be a contributing factor. While I'm of average size erect, when flaccid, I'm small enough to vanish from the end of any tube. This caused particular problems with the Birdlocked Neo, because the head of my cock would get stuck inside the silicone ring. I don't get stuck at the top of either the CB-6000S knock-offs or the Bon4M, but I don't fill either tube unless at least somewhat aroused.
Other potentially relevant facts:
1. While I am admittedly overweight, I have had devices fall off of me while naked and on my back or side. Unless I take great pains to keep my anatomy completely free from *any* interaction with my legs, I am at risk of losing the device whenever I sit down. I am heavier than I ought to be, at 6ft and 280 lbs, but I am not some 450 lb person.
2. The longest I've ever managed to wear any device is about 36 hours before it fell off. The shortest is about 5 minutes. A device can feel rock-solid and well-mounted on my body, then be falling of me 10 seconds later.
It's hard to find any information on this issue because all of the discussions of anti-removal devices focus on keeping the head and shaft secure. I'm hoping folks here have maybe heard of a problem like this and can point me in the right direction. I'd be willing to tackle the weight issue if I knew it would fix the problem, but given that I've had this happen when I'm not wearing clothes or even barely *moving*, I'm not sure it would.
