maybe I'm an odd one... I ride quite a bit and I don't have any drama with my device. My avg ride is 50 to 60 Km, so about 2 hrs or so. maybe it's the saddle? I have a Prologo Kappa on my road bike.

I have been able to ride with not many issues in a PA5000. While riding, it points up or to the side and as long as it doesn't get in a position where the head rubs on the edge of my chamois or a seam in my shorts it's like normal. I have to adjust a little more often than without but it's not an issue. I have posted here somewhere how I modified my pa5000 but the important part is to make sure it isn't too long. When I put out a big effort, I go into "turtle mode" and that caused pulling on the piercing until I modified the length.

Just bought a securo cage that should work the same but covers the head. I'm hoping it's even better to ride in. Won't get it for a while, though.
