Homemade Chastity Devices?

Post by tequilasboy »

Just curious if anyone has had success with a homemade chastity device. I have one on now, although its unlocked. I'm putting it through a test run to make sure it works before I present my Goddess Wife with the lock and key. It is the third variation I have made on this idea over the past five years. The previous ones proved impractical and I was forced to cut it back each time. This one seems to be working better. It's a basic tube model where the tube is made of a PVC pipe attached to a cover. The cover is belted to me. You can't tell I've got it on which is a major requirement. I have yet to attempt urinating with it, but the previous versions didn't have any problems.
If it proves to be successful I will furnish more information on it.

The Altairboy site used to have a lot of these, but a few years ago he wiped out all of his pictures so as not to run afoul of any local porn image laws.

You would probably find some descriptions helpful, if you haven't been there already.

Update:
My prototype did not pass the urination test. It failed miserably and I trashed it. I mean dangerously failed. Blood in urine failed. Don't worry, I am Okay today, had the same fail with the CB-2000 (also went into the trash).
I'm starting to wonder if these devices can be a cure worse than the disease. Or maybe I've just got too much girth in my Johnson ( 6 inch circumference).
I any event I'm going to have to rethink this whole issue.

Don't know but wont attempt anything sexual for at least another 24 hours. No blood in urine since yesterday, but the sight of it was enough to make me trash the prototype.
Blood coming out of the Johnson is not something I ever want to see again.
I think the position of the device may have constricted it.

Sorry to hear about your experience TB, sounds horrifying. I really can't wear the trapped ball devices at all due to a bit of a problem down there, so that's led to a lot of attempts to make homemade devices. Best one so far is a modernization of the old antiques shown when you just search images, and I wish someone would factory make something similar because the one I have is far from perfect.

Took a boy's plain white jock strap cup with the air holes in it and drilled a hole in the front that holds a short piece of white PVC pipe from the hardware store that I smoothed down on the back edge. Used a hot glue gun to put the pipe permanently in place in the cup and used two small brass "L" brackets on the inside as well to steady the tube, screwed them onto the cup, glued them onto the tube. Two holes in the top of the cup hold the rope my mistress ties around to the back, and two at the bottom attach light nylon ropes which hold it in place around each leg, like a jock strap without the strap.

This works pretty well and is very functional and frustrating, but it can't really be worn under clothes at work or slept in, but I have worn it for many hours on weekends or play nights and it has potential, just needs some more development!

Other quick one we came up with, if in a hurry, she found some little poofy paisley shower caps at Bed Bath and Beyond - the caps have some uses too, but the little drawstring bag they come in is made of the same material, is lined inside with plastic to be waterproof, and they have those quick-pull string things on them. She put grommets top-and-bottom on a couple of those, and she can pop one of those on me in a minute, again just tying the little cords in the back, and it blocks off everything. Of course, I can remove either device if I wanted to, but if I did, then, that wouldn't make her very happy.

I like the jock cup idea, that one has potential. Is there a way to lock it in place?

Yep, we've thought of substituting the small nylon ropes with strips of leather, and if you did that, you could attach any of the small locks at the buckles, just as with a lot of gags, hoods, and trainers we have. Once that was done, you couldn't get out of the thing, but you'd have to have somebody custom cut the leather strips for you.

Have you thought about learning to weld stainless? I have made my cage from 316 stainless steel and it fits like a glove... I'm only using an arc welder with 316 rods but get a fairly good result that doesn't need to much tidying up before polishing.

Eventually after wearing 24/7, as a Professional Engineer, I wasn't happy with the fit and design of my Looker 03 for long term wear and the price quoted for the return and modification for some thing I might still be unhappy with shaped our decision to go my own way !!! with my own home workshop now set up with Mig, Tig, Lathe, Milling, Band saw, pillar drill and all the necessary associated equipment im experimenting with my own designs and soon hope to offer designs hand made from materials usually associated with the military aircraft industry, and no not Aluminium.
