New Devices in Australia - just released

Post by angelina »

Australia is such a long way from the rest of the world. A new manufacturer called 'Fancy Steel' has just opened shop. They are on Fetlife and have just launched their site.

I am tempted....

I see that they tried to design a semi - adjustable full belt. Looks interesting, and I hope it works out for them.

They look great! However the design seems to reply on constant tension/pressure. Would worry about longterm.

I don't understand the last post regarding the design being problematic for long term wear. If anything, the design to me appears much better suited for long term wear than most. The linked model in particular, with its adjustability and flexibility, appear to allow it to move with the body naturally.

The fact that it, like most belts rely on being tight enough so that the belt can't be pulled down over the hips makes it restrictive in terms of bending and other everyday things. I had an access deny belt fttted, made, and then adjusted just for me. I couldn't even consider long term wear. Also if you gain or lose weight, the fit changes as well.

Well how do people keep their trousers up without being overly restricted? The human body is supposed to be wider at the hips than the waist, and because of that, waistbands and belts work, and pants stay up without overly restricting movement. It doesn't have to be restrictively tight.

I understand how rigid one-piece metal belts can restrict twisting and bending motions, especially if they don't rest on the hips correctly; that's why I'm intrigued by Fancy Steel's linked design, which appears more flexible than any full belt I've seen.

I have narrow hips that don't provide much help holding up something like a chastity belt.
