Recently (?) there exists a real stainles steel chasstitybelt of the classic model (horizontal waistband connected with vertical crotychband covering genitals and perineum) that is adjustable for many body-sizes.

I got the one with the steel butt plug. What I can say is, you get what you pay for. It's pretty flimsy steel, which bends easy. The rubber covering comes right off, doesn't stay on so have to be careful of pinching.

It is very adjustable, but that's a task, and it may take several adjustments to get it right, and the more you 'work' it, the more it tends to bend.

It works, but needs to be tight to be 'secure', which lends to discomfort or pinching and essentially is just pushing everything in tight. I think this belt design would be better with just a sports cup type design that you wear tight, at least the pinching would be eliminated.

It's indeed a classic "Flat-Front" continuous-crotch steel waisband chastity belt with a wide shield to cover the genital area. I also see in the photos that is has a "Condom catheter" (also known as "external catheteer worn like a condom).

I'm currently locked in a similar, but more advanced crotchbelt with a "Genital Chamber" (dual-compartment with a separate chamber for the penis and testicles) Penis tube is mounted though the chamber and curves out and the penis rests in a very comfortable position. My Penis Tube integrates internal catheter which rests inside the urethra (also known as a Hollow Urethra Plug) Which allows me to pee standing up. (but I also pre-cum like hell...)

I have tried several models and adopted this one you can see here.
The main problem is the rubber lining which comes off too easily. To prevent this from happening, I have wrapped up the back plate with electric tape. So it doesn't come off anymore.
The other problem was with my foreskin passing through the pee hole and getting pinched.
To solve this problem, I'm also using an external catheter. But I don't place it outside the Chastity tube, but inside. I put it on my little bird, and everything goes in the Chastity belt. It has multiple advantages. First, my foreskin doesn't get pinched anymore, adding to the general comfort of the belt.
Secondly, I don't splash everywhere when I urinate, even if I wear diapers over the Chastity belt most of the time.
I'm wearing it 24/7 with only a short release for cleaning twice a month.
