Reading the OP, it sounds like you want some way to still have full erections but make it impossible to do anything with them. I'm not saying that's an impossible wish, but essentially you're taking about a device that would fit your full hard-on and would therefore be rather unwieldy in your pants.

I don't think anyone here as suggested a silicone device like the Birdlocked or the Bon4. They're stretchy and, from what I hear, more gentle on the boner (though some can still masturbate after a fashion while wearing them).

Other than that, Atone is (as usual) right. Smaller devices are less painful than larger ones. If they're fit correctly, they don't hurt. There's pressure, sure, but pain does not have to be part of the equation.

We are also interested in finding a device that will allow a full erection but at the same time prevent masturbation or intercourse.

I've looked at the chain mail device but it seems too stiff. I wonder if it's possible to fashion a usable device out of a mesh type of material that is both strong and flexible.

Perhaps it's wishful thinking.

I thought the very same thing about my CB6000s. Then I purchased our MM Jailbird. WOW, I found out that 24 months in a CB6000s was 23 months too long. What a great fit and feel. You know that pinch you get with the CB's every once and a while that you need to excuse yourself and readjust. I can say that it has never happened with the JB. Another benefit is my wife LOVES the look and feel. Much easier to keep clean. Once locked on it stays on for as long as she wants. I really can't say enough about. So if you think that it can't get any better than your CB6000s, think again. :D Best $300.00 we've spent in a long time.
Thanks for this testimonial. It has helped me make the decision to go metal as well. I've been in a CB6Ks since 2010. Question: is it easy to put a padock on it without it feeling in the way? I just ordered an engraved padlock from Wyredslave and hope it can be used okay on the Jailbird.

On the MM devices, the lock is stationary and does not move around or make noises. Additionally, it faces sideways and doesn't stick out from the device. It is a big improvement over the CB6ks lock.

prthomas,

I feel very confident you have made a good decision in getting a MM Jailbird. I am using the high security screw for that extra secure feeling with absolutely no way of getting it off without the key. I admit, sometimes we do miss the sound and feel of the padlock as my wife locks me up but the trade off is the slim profile of the security screw. I stay locked up for usually weeks at a time so with the screw it is even more comfortable under clothes.

I'm not sure of the shackle rod width of your Wyredslave lock so you might want to check with Mistress MM and make sure the hole is drilled out large enough to fit your lock.

I hope you enjoy your JB as much as my wife and I enjoy ours.

Good point on ensuring the hole is drilled to the proper size. Since I do not particularly need the extra secure feeling of the security screw, it is more important to me and my wife to have something engraved for that personal touch. I have enjoyed my CB6Ks, but it is time to get something more custom. I am glad to hear the lock being fixed and to the side is an improvement. Thanks for your input.
