first, sorry to hear you are having problems. You might want to practice on the smallest ring that came with your curve. From what you have said there is no chance you will be using that so if you screw it up you can just try again on the next size up. Hopefully you can get it right by the time you get up to the size you are using.

I used a small sanding disk and then a buffing wheel to do mine. It felt very smooth but didn't look super smooth. My understanding is that the best way to get a mirror finish on acrylic is to use a low flame (from a torch, not a match or candle) to basically melt the finish. Google is your friend.

second, as to this being more difficult. Don't make it more difficult than it is. We humans, and possibly men in particular, tend to make things more complicated than they need to be.

I think one thing that I never saw posted and which helped a great deal was simply to "relax" and not be so intently aware of the device. The clenched up feeling? Well, I imagine all of you who have done this for any amount of time don't do now was not helping things. Anyway. I'm still recovering from my "Mark of the Chastity Beast" but I do have the tools in hand to get sanding and smoothing. Dremil tool? Hummm.. I know there is one someplace.

That's for sure. Mine are high and tight enough that at my first physical with my new doctor some years back, he had to feel around a bit to make sure that I didn't have undescended testicles. At room temperature, I basically don't have a ball sack.

Yes, I've lost some skin down there, but it does heal really fast, and leaves no scars, at least not yet. It might be that for some us, the CB-XXXX might never work for long term wear.

I think the CB series probably does need some fine tuning. I'm a little surprised at all the bumps and ridges on my device. I would think it would be polished like glass but? Maybe its the cost of doing this that makes that unlikely.

Apologies if I am teaching grandma to suck eggs but my subhub found the very best solution to the plastic pulling on the skin was not lube or Johnson's Baby oil, but Johnson's baby oil gel. He says the gel retains its lubricating quality for days and days.

Hi I must admit that when I put Bez into his CB6000 we use the top of a stocking over his penis put the stocking into the hole at the botton of the tube and just pull the tube on this seems to work well and Bez confirms that the penis then sits comfortabley in the tube. The rings are only there to hold the tube and should not really move and cause any chaffing. I have purchased the KSD-3 which lines up with the tube and stops any chance of exscape but also means the tube fits snuggly and again it should not chaff. I guess its really keep trying.
